In the kitchen of the Inn the best products of seafood and ground food are daily selected, in order to bring them to the table as protagonist of the plates Davide ed Emanuele create, by merging their creativity to modern customer requirements. The menu is in continuous evolution but stands itself out for the care of seafood proposed, also served raw, as well as meat food of selected breed flesh and game.

The season variety brings to the table typical products of this place like golden asparagus of Arcole, Treviso chicory, cherries of Val d’ Illasi, Monte Veronese, cheese produced in Lessina and many others. Everyday in the kitchen also fresh home made pasta, bread and sweets are also prepared.

Creations of the chefs of the Inn are served in a warm and cosy place conceived for a business lunch, for singular occasions or, more simply, for enjoying a moment of peace and great cuisine led by Carla’s advises, a lady who takes care of wine selections as well.

The cellar reveals the passion for local brands and near regions, even though other great Italian wines and champagne are not missing; deserving a note is also the various proposals of distilled.
